I agree to look after your pet and provide appropriate living conditions and care whilst the animal is in my care.

I will provide fresh good quality hay and vegetables (where appropriate) and fresh water daily. Dried food and treats must be supplied by the owner.

Any  special dietary needs, must be provided by the owner.

All rabbits must be vaccinated against VHD and Myxomatosis

You must inform me of any illneses, special dietary needs, or possible pregnancies when booking, or as soon as you become aware of any such problems.

I have the right to refuse to board any animals with contagious diseases, mites, fleas, or any other parasite.

Any pet that becomes ill during their stay, I will endeavour to contact you, or your emergency number immediately, before taking the animal to a vet. I will transport the animal to my vet, or a vet of your choice (if within a reasonable distance) for no extra charge. All vet's bills however, must be paid by the owner.

In the unlikely event that an animal dies whilst in my care, I will endeavour to contact you, or your emergency contact immediately. Unless I have different instructions, I will leave the animal at your vets, until your return.

I accept no liability for animals that die during their stay.

Payments to be made in full on the day of arrival if by cash or bank transfer.

Payments made by cheque must be in advance and have cleared by the day of arrival. Cheques should be made out to Sally Court.

There is no charge for cancelling a booking, but please give me as much notice as possible, so I can take other bookngs.

If the animal is not collected on the agreed day, there will be an additional charge per day, or the appropriate daily fee. Please inform me as soon as possible, if the collection date needs to be changed.

If the animal is not collected within 10 days of the agreed collection date and I have not been contacted by you, the animal will be rehomed, or taken to a rescue centre.

A copy of these terms and conditions will be signed by you on or before the arrival day, which you, the owner agree to by signing.
